Due to increased complexity of incomplete dominate traits, we will no longer guarantee genetics unless otherwise noted. All recessive traits will be guaranteed unless noted as pos het (ph). We will give full details of pairings and similar phenotypes.
DOA must contact within 4 hours of Picking up

If door to door shipping, there is zero coverage or warranty available.
Sick Animal Claims must provide proof of testing out of box, images of QT area, enclosures and tools veterinary contact and information as well.
Deceased animals require necropsy at TOD!!! That means same day as death!
We take the health of our animals very seriously!
All animals are eating regularly on Live Rats unless noted otherwise.
We do NOT guarantee f/t eating.
We can test for NIDO with nonrefundable deposit plus costs of testing will be added as well, which will also be nonrefundable.
Please know I have spent thousands testing our own animals and test all incoming animals 3x over the period of 6 months. Health and safety is not a joke to us!
