Shipping to your closest hub is what we recommend.
I ship Mon/Tues/Wed of any week weather permitting. Not on holidays.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
If any animal is DOA, we must be notified within 1 hour from package drop off time/signature as stated by FedEx.
If recipient fails to collect package(s) on FedEx’s first delivery attempt or pick up animal within 2 hours of arriving at FedEx hub, live arrival guarantee will become void.
Payment:
All payments are final. No refunds.
We accept payment plans on orders $500 or more depending on the animal.
Balance must be paid within 30-60 days. If buyer doesn't pay within the alloted time the buyer forfeits their initial deposit.
25% non refundable deposit is required to start a payment plan.
Genetic Guarantee:
Genetics are based on our opinion based off the pairing.
Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders.
All hets are guaranteed.
