My name is Shelby and I'm located in Houston, Texas. I've been breeding crested and gargoyle geckos since 2017. I'm a smaller hobby breeder, focusing mainly on tricolor, yellow, and dalmatian cresteds, and red and orange gargoyles. I strive to produce high quality and healthy animals that would be a great addition to any breed project or just a well loved pet. Store Policy
BY PURCHASING AN ANIMAL, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TIPSY SCALES AS WRITTEN BELOW.
Must be 18 or older to purchase an animal. If under 18 please have a parent or guardian contact me on your behalf.
Payments – Payments can be made through Zelle, PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, or Cashapp. If paying PayPal Goods and Services, you assume the extra fee.
Payment Plans/Holds - I do offer payment plans on animals over $300 and summer/winter holds with a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total cost of the animal only. Payment plans will be determined on an individual basis. Once payments are received in full, we will set up a shipping date. Geckos can be placed on a summer/winter hold at no extra cost until temperatures are appropriate for shipping.
Shipping – Currently prefer to ship to a FedEx HUB, a photo ID is required by FedEx with the matching name on the Shipping Label. Please note that Live Arrival (See Live Arrival Section) is only guaranteed with HUB pick up. Shipping is done with FedEx Priority Overnight (Monday through Wednesday ONLY) with cost based on your zip code. To make a shipping label, I require your first and last name (as it appears on your ID), address, email, and phone number. Please note that one day delays are common, but boxes will be packed with this in mind. Boxes are packed with heat or cool packs as needed based upon my temperatures, as well as temperatures of the transit HUB and the destination. I will not ship if temperatures are below 30F or over 90F. If animals are shipped to your door, all guarantees are voided.
Abandonment Clause - If I am unable to get into contact with you 30 days after your initial deposit is made and you miss payment deadlines, I will assume that you abandoned your purchase, and the animal will go back up for sale, and you will no longer be eligible for any future payment plan options. It is your responsibility as the buyer to keep in contact and follow the progress of your purchase. Any deposit and payment will not be returned to you.
Live Arrival Guarantee (HUB pickup ONLY) - All animals received at a FedEx hub will have a 7-day health guarantee as long as adequate housing and care is provided to the animal. We will require photo proof of enclosure, temperature, humidity, and food used in the event an animal falls ill or perishes. We must be notified of the delivery within an hour after it has been marked delivered to be certain the animal has arrived safely and in good condition. The health guarantee will be void if we are not notified within the time limit. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage to the package during transit, but boxes are packed and reinforced to help mitigate any issues that may arise. All payments will be non-refundable, no exceptions. In the event of tragedy within the 7 days, we will either replace the animal or give store credit in the amount equal to the value of the lost animal, not including any shipping costs.

Wholesale when offered are subject to my TOS and will not include each individual picture. Buyer must be purchasing 5 or more geckos and will not include adults unless advertised.
