Payments:
We accept all payments through Square Invoice, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Please note on all PayPal transactions, the shipping address must match the address that we are shipping to unless the package is being held for pickup.
Please DO NOT request an invoice through square if you are not planning on completing your purchase. Payment on the invoice is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to you.
We will make payment plans on orders of $1,000 or more (excluding shipping cost). A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required, and payments must be paid in full within 90 days of deposit received.
Payment is to be made in full before shipping or during local pickup.
Shipping:
Shipping will take place Tuesday-Thursday to ensure there are no weekend delays. It is your responsibility to send us the correct delivery address. We will also need your Phone Number and personal EMAIL for tracking information to be sent to you. Your Morph Market account will not work for email tracking information.
We package animals as safely as possible and guarantee live arrival so long as the shipping address is correct, and you are there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt (if shipped to personal address). If there are any problems, please report to shipping provider and to us immediately.
For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 30-90F on both ends and someone must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee.
Local Pickups:
We offer no guarantees after picking an animal up at a reptile show or in person.
Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that upon arrival your snake will be OUTWARDLY healthy. This means it will move and look normal. We are not responsible for internal issues that may arise. We cannot see inside the snake to know if there are any problems. Unfortunately, after it is in your care, we cannot be responsible for issues that may arise. People drop, crush, overheat and let food items hurt their animals all too often. So please be sure when your snake arrives you check it out and if you notice something wrong let us know in the first FOUR hours of receiving the animals. We will not sell animals that do not eat.
We are more than happy to help you by answering questions or concerns regarding proper husbandry nevertheless, we can not control and are not responsible for your environment, husbandry, or mistakes.
Note:
All animals are in good health, correctly sexed and eating the appropriately sized food item at the time of listing. Every attempt will be made to represent the animal as accurately as possible.
We identify the genetics of each hatchling as accurately as possible. As with any breeder, this often requires us to make an educated guess, based on past experience, online research, and consultation with other breeders. Sometimes actual genetics can only be verified through breeding. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. All hatchlings will be available to ship after five consecutive feedings or at least 100g. All animals will be accompanied by their own set of records that covers a full history while in the care of TMP Exotics.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale or end a transaction with any individual for any reason.
