Established in 2006, we offer an amazing show every month that features a diverse range of vendors showcasing reptiles, invertebrates, amphibians, birds, marsupials, mammals, enclosures, decor, accessories, jewelry, unique art, feeders, and much more! The show hours are from 10 am - 3 pm
Tables are $25 each
Set up is 8 am - 9:45 am
Tables must be ready by 10 am, and maintained until 3 pm - no early teardowns.
Any cancellations must be made as soon as possible, so vendors on our waitlist can be notified
to fill in. We strive to have all tables full at each show for our customers.
All sales must be conducted in the show area. No parking lot sales of any kind will be tolerated.
All animals must be in good health and have proper caging.
All animals must be sold in secure containers. No "loose" animals, please.
Vendors are expected to leave the area as clean as they received it. Brooms, mops, and vacuums
are available to use when needed.
All exhibitors are responsible for all state and federal laws concerning but not limited to taxes,
permits, licensing, transportation, importation, exportation, sales, etc.
No federally endangered, threatened, venomous, or Michigan native reptiles may be sold.
Each exhibitor is expected to create a professional, attractive display area in their space.
Each vendor must have a tablecloth to cover all of their tables.
Exhibitors who choose to remove animals from their enclosures or allow guests to handle their
animals are responsible for maintaining control of the animals at all times. Each exhibitor is
exclusively liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from the handling of
their live animals on the host facility premises.
No advertisements for other events (reptile shows) are permitted.
Vendors shall hold the original Grand Rapids reptile show, the show coordinators, and staff,
harmless from all claims beyond the price of the table rental. The Expo staff reserves the right
to refuse entry or evict any vendor. Not in compliance with the above show regulations without
refund of table rental fee. Vendors assume full responsibility for all animals brought to the show,
and any injuries caused by animals brought by a vendor are the sole responsibility and liability
of that vendor.
