Store Policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $65 for hatchlings/ sub adults and $85 for adults, however orders over $750 receive free shipping. Shipping method used is Fed Ex priority overnight. We will only ship when the temperatures of both ship to/ship from locations are between 40 to 90 degrees for the safety of the animal. Ship out dates will be between Monday to Wednesday only.

Local pick up or meet up is available. If you are local please contact me and we can work something out.

Live arrival is guaranteed as long as you are able to receive the animal on the first attempt. In the unfortunate case of DOA, we will refund or replace the animal. You must contact me with pictures within 1 hour of the animal arriving dead.

PayPal and Venmo is the preferred and accepted method of payment. Money order is also accepted as well.
Payment plans are available as well on snakes of over $500 with a 25% non-refundable deposit and the animal must be paid for in full within 4 weeks of the deposit date. Any deposits to hold a snake / payment plan paid amount is non refundable.

All sex/hets are guaranteed.
The buyer must verify the animal to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We are very confident with the sexing of our snakes but mistakes do happen so if an animal is deemed to be incorrectly sexed within 48 hours with photograph proof, we can either refund the difference or get a shipping label sent out to return and refund the snake. After 48 hours, all sales are final as it is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm the sex.
All 100% hets are guaranteed through the life of the snake.
We guarantee our animals to be in great health and feeding well prior to leaving. Once the animal is in your care it is on you to provide the proper care and husbandry for the animal. Please contact me if you aren't completely satisfied with your order within the first 24 hours.
