Store Policy
Local Pickup:
Cash Payments Only.
I am willing to meet at a predetermined location within 30 minute radius of Chattanooga. Weekends Only. If you are local to SE Tennessee and want to meet during the week, you must drive to me at a predetermined time and place.
Shipping:
If you live outside my area, I can ship to you overnight. I use Ship My Reptiles. I can provide you with a shipping quote by sending me your zip code. I prefer to ship on Mondays but arrangements can be made.
Weather: For the health and safety of the animal, I only ship to your home when weather in YOUR area is between 40-90 degrees. If weather is between 90-100, we can set up a delivery to your nearest FedEx facility. Any location under 40 degrees will have to wait until it warms up.
Animal Arrival:
If any animal is DOA I must be notified within 1 hour from package drop off time as stated by FedEx. If you fail to collect package(s) on FedEx’s first delivery attempt then live arrival guarantee will become void. If there is a DOA customer must contact us and we will credit that purchase towards another animal.
I guarantee my animals to be in perfect health when you receive them. All animals sold will shipped out at a healthy body weight and showing no physical signs of sickness.
Payment Plans:
I am willing to put an animal on hold for you but a 25% deposit of the total price (including shipping) is required. 30 days is the standard plan. If you need more time, it can be arranged but an additional fee will be required for feeding costs.
Other Photos:
If you would like other photos please let me know. I use a SONY SLR and a light box with flash on, for the best quality pics. If you are unsure of coloration please let me know. I can snap a few pics on my phone and text them to you.
