Store Policy

By purchasing a gecko from Tree Canopy Exotics, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms of service:

*Shipping must be scheduled to work with weather and buyer/seller schedules.
*If weather is not clear for shipping we will hold the gecko until there is safe weather at buyer/seller locations and shipping hubs. Appropriate Temperature is 50-82 degrees. This window can be slightly larger if customer can pick up from a local hub.
*We ship to the provided address and are not responsible if an incorrect address is provided.
*All geckos have a 7 day health guarantee unless otherwise specified. Sick animals may be replace with another animals of equal value (after proof of issues). Refunds are not issued.
*Someone must be present at the designated shipping address for the FIRST delivery attempt. You must notify me within 1 hour of the animal’s arrival. If no one is present at the designated shipping address at the designated delivery time or you did not notify me when the animal has arrived, the live arrival guarantee is void.

Payment Plans: Payment plans can be arranged on request. Typically $50 down or 20%, whatever is greater. The security payment is not refundable if customer changes their mind. The remainder should be paid in full in 3 weeks.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
