Founded in 2020, I am a young hobbyist with the goal of producing high-quality ball pythons and other reptiles.
Store Policy
If you have any questions on the following policies or animals listed, please email me, direct message me here on MM, or send me a message on my Instagram, @forever_young_reptiles. I am available anytime for those who are interested in purchasing, or have purchased from me in the past, for anything reptile related.
Payments : For animals costing over $200, a 25% deposit can be used to hold, with payments scheduled on a case-by-case basis until the animal is paid off. If the purchase of the animal is canceled by the buyer, the deposit will not be refunded. All other payments besides deposit will be refunded upon sale cancellation by the buyer. If FYR must cancel a sale after payment(s) have been made, all money will be refunded. Online payments can be accepted through Square invoice (accepts debit, credit, or CashApp) or Paypal.
Shipping : All animals will be shipped to the buyer’s local FedEx hub and sent out on a Tuesday or Wednesday, weather-permitting and as agreed-upon with the buyer. Buyer must be present within 2 hours of delivery to FedEx hub in order for any issues on arrival to be addressed. Any issues must be communicated with FYR within one hour after pickup.
Health Guarantee : All animals are guaranteed to be consistently eating and healthy before shipping/local pickup. If issues arise within 1 week of ownership, it must be communicated with FYR immediately and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Animals will not be sold to buyers who have not done proper research on husbandry and/or do not have a proper setup.
Rehome Guarantee: I stand behind every animal produced, even after they have found a new home. If, after the 1 week return window, a buyer is unable to take care of an animal purchased by FYR, please first reach out directly. I understand situations may unforeseeably change, and I would offer my help in figuring out a way that is agreeable for both parties to return the animal to FYR.
