We are a husband and wife team with a passion for keeping and breeding reptiles. Our journey has started out with New Caledonian geckos but as time goes on we will be adding new species. Thank you stopping by and remember our goal is to Bring Quality Home.
Store Policy
Please read all policy rules before purchasing as with purchasing means you agree to the policies. Also it is the responsibility of the buyer to know local and state laws pertaining to animals they purchase and not ours.
1. Buyer pays actual shipping cost of overnight FedEx shipping thru Red Line Shipping.
2. All animal shipments must be sent to a FedEx facility for holding and pickup to have live arrival guarantee. Home delivery does not carry live arrival guarantee.
3. Live arrival guarantee does apply under these conditions.
A. The package arrives to the holding facility at the scheduled time.
B. Shipment must be picked up within 1 hour of the arrival to the holding facility. If a package is never picked up by a buyer and returned to thr seller there is no refund under any circumstances.
C. We need notification of d.o.a. with 2 pictures showing deceased animal within 1 hour of arrival to the holding facility. We will instruct next steps at time if necessary but do not discard the animal unless instructed to by us. D.O.A.s if they do occur the price of the animal itself will be refunded however the cost of shipping will not be returned. If the buyer that received a doa sees another animal available of similar value then a trade rather then a refund can be arranged at that time. If we get notification that package was picked up within 1 hour of arrival and no notification of issues is made within 1 hour of arrival then it will be assumed everything is ok. These times can have slight variance in a per situation basis.
4. Tail drops-while uncommon sometimes lizards will drop their tails during shipping. This is mother nature and is not covered under any insurances or refund policies as it does not affect the value of the animal. Any imperfections of an animal will be listed in the ad and pricing accommodations will already have been applied.
5. Animals that are sent will be the animals pictured in the ad unless otherwise noted in the ad itself. Animals that fire up and down we will always try to show fired up.
6. Payments are currently accepted thru Square, PayPal and CashApp.
7. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week. However delays can occur. Delays caused by weather be it our end or buyers we will happily hold the animal at no charge until it is safe to ship. Buyer has up to 2 weeks to arrange a shipping date under correct shipping conditions anything longer then that will acquire a fee of $5.00 a week for holding (this can be waved under per basis situations and communication).
8. Payment plans will be accepted for animals over $200 (without shipping cost). This is per cost of each animal not a purchase of several. Purchases of several animals will be handled on a per person basis. At final payment shipping cost must be paid as well. Again the amounts for allowing payment plans do not include shipping in them it is for the animal price only. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to hold an animal and time frames are as follows:
A. $200-$399 2 weeks from deposit date plus shipping paid before shipping.
B. $400-$749 3 weeks from deposit date plus shipping paid before shipping.
C. $750-$1,499 4 weeks from deposit date plus shipping paid before shipping.
D. $1,500+ will be handled on a per person basis.
If a payment plan is agreed upon and deposit made along with payments and buyer backs out then paid money will be refunded except for the deposit. Deposits are non refundable. If the seller has to back out of the sale then the full amount will be refunded including deposit unless other arrangements are made with the buyer.
