We are small scale breeder located in southern RI, focusing on quality ball pythons.
Store Policy
Our top priority is customer satisfaction and safe delivery/transport of the animal(s).
*Shipping is via FedEx next day delivery only. Animals are guaranteed live arrival, with the exception of no one being home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Any issues with the box or animal must be reported to both us and FedEx immediately. We are not responsible for packages being left in the elements due to a signature release on your file, resulting in illness or fatality of the animal. In the event of a DOA we reserve the right to request video proof or have the deceased animal shipped back before a refund is issued.
*Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday. We only ship when temperatures are above 34f and below 90f.
*Deposits are taken on any animal that is available. 25% of the price of said animal is required as a minimum. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
*Payment plans will work as follows:
>Animals under $200 NOT eligible for payment plans
>Animals between $200 and $500 will have a 30day payment plan, the balance will be due within 30days of initial deposit
>Animals between $500 to $1000 will have a 60day payment plan, the balance will be due within 60days of initial deposit.
>Animals over $1000 will have a 90day payment plan, the balance will be due within 90days of initial deposit.
*AGAIN deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you default on our payment plan, your animal will be put back up for sale and no refund of monies will be given.
*All animals have a health guarantee of 48hrs.
*Sex of the animal is guaranteed for 7 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to either check the animal or have it checked by a trusted party.
