* Shipping:
All our geckos will be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight through ShipYourReptiles or Reptiles2You. Providing your zip code at checkout, will determine your shipping costs. We will only send shipments Monday through Thursday when the temperatures are fit for the gecko/s you are purchasing. We prefer to ship Monday through Thursday to avoid any possible shipping delays. I am NOT responsible for any delays caused by Fedex. Priority Overnight shipments typically arrive anywhere around 10:30 am to 12:30 am, though it could take longer depending how far you are from your FedEx hub. Please make sure someone will be present at the address that will be receiving the package to take it inside or to go pick it up at your FedEx hub. Buyers must contact me by phone, email or text within one hour of receiving their package. If the buyer fails to contact me within one hour after receiving their package and I cannot get ahold of you, our seven day Health Guarantee will then be invalid.
* Health Guarantee:
We provide our customers with a seven day Health Guarantee. If the gecko you have purchased becomes ill within the first seven days of arrival, contact us immediately and we will follow up with some husbandry questions. If all your husbandry is correct, consult a vet or we can arrange a replacement gecko of equal value. *Buyer must pay shipping fees to ship gecko back to us for a replacement. If the gecko you have purchased passes away within seven days after arrival, we can arrange a replacement gecko of equal value or credit towards another purchase. I am NOT responsible for the death of the gecko if they pass of such causes: too high or low temperatures, too high or low humidity, impaction, dehydration, drowning, choking on food items that are too large, attacked by another pet or any other accidents caused by the buyer or other people such as children, friends or family.
* DOA:
If you receive your package and your gecko is dead on arrival (DOA), you must contact us by phone, email, or text within one hour, with picture proof to receive one of three options. The buyer can either get a full refund for what they payed for the gecko (not including shipping), a replacement gecko of equal value or credit towards another purchase. Failure to contact us within one hour with picture proof of DOA, the previous options will then be invalid. Though this rarely happens because of our live arrival guarantee, it can still happen and we will do everything we can to work things out with our customers.
* Live Arrival Guarantee:
Our Live Arrival Guarantee can only be issued when the temperatures are fit for the gecko/s you are purchasing, which we will discuss at checkout. We will not ship any of our geckos when the temperatures are below 40 degrees or over 80 degrees. Safety comes first when it comes to our geckos, therefore we will reserve your your gecko (must be on hold or paid in full to be reserved) as long as we need until suitable shipping weather permits, free of charge. When checking out, we will discuss available shipping dates (Monday through Wednesday) with suitable shipping weather in both areas to agree on a shipping date.
* Payment Options:
We currently only accept payments in cash or via PayPal. PayPal is a super easy and secure way to send money even if the buyer doesn’t have a PayPal account. If the buyer does not have a PayPal account, we will send them an email that includes a money request. After the buyer receives the email, all they have to do is click the “Pay Now” button to complete the transaction. Paypal also makes it easy for us to provide our customers with Payment Plans.
* Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available on any gecko (not including shipping), but before we discuss a payment plan, a NON-REFUNDABLE 25% deposit must be made to put the gecko on hold to ensure the buyer is committed to purchasing that gecko. After we have received the non-refundable 25% deposit, the buyer must pay off the gecko within the next three weeks. If you are unable to pay off the gecko within the next three weeks and would like to extend your payment plan, contact us so we can work something out. If the buyer fails to pay off the gecko within three weeks and did not contact me to extend their payment plan, I will then put the gecko back up for sale.
