We here at Volt are new to the business but have a small, focused breeding project focusing in Ball Pythons, Carpet Pythons, and Boas. We’ll be expanding as time goes on. Store Policy
We do accept deposits for holds or payment plans, 20% must be put down at time of purchase and full price must be paid in no more than 30 days time or the animal will be put back on the market. Extended payment plans are welcome if you message us in advance. Deposits are non refundable.
Once payment is received in full snakes will be shipped out the next business day that is suitable for shipping (anywhere between 40-90°)
If in the unlikely event that your animal is DOA, you must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving snake with pictures of animal and packaging to see how you received it for a refund to be given. Refund’s will not be given if we do not ship to a fed ex hub as it is the safest way to ship and guarantee the safety of the animal during transit.
