Store Policy
~PAYMENTS~
Payments are sent through a provided email address and made through our CLOVER system. Pay with a debit card or credit card, however you please!
~GUARANTEE~
We do guarantee live on arrival for our animals being shipped out on PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipments, that are being shipped to your LOCAL FEDEX HUB. The animal must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival to the FedEx hub to be eligible for a guarantee. We can ship right to your home, but the animal WILL NOT be guaranteed for live arrival. In the case of a DOA, we will offer either a refund, or a credit to the buyer, which ever you approve. Video taping the opening of the animal box could best be used in these cases
