About
My love for reptiles started at a very young age with my first Ball Python back in 2005. Even though I got out of keeping reptiles for a few years my passion started growing again in 2010. Always kept up with Brian Barczyk’s videos which inspired me to breed reptiles of my own. Seeing all the different color morphs made me become fascinated in genetics; this is why each snake is selectively breed to ensure we have the best quality versions of any particular morph. It’s important to me that our reptiles go to homes that have proper husbandry and an owner who looks at this as a lifetime commitment. I specialize in Ball Pythons, Boas, African Rock Pythons, Burmese Pythons, Reticulated Pythons & Anacondas.
Store Policy
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly and animals shipped to your door are received on the first delivery attempt. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a dead on arrival animal it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. If you need time to get a camera or charge your phone to take a picture etc. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the D.O.A. so that your live arrival guarantee is not voided. In the event of a D.O.A. if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
TO YOUR DOOR SHIPMENTS- It is the buyers responsibility to be present to receive the package or designate somebody to be present to receive the package once a shipping date has been agreed upon. We do not guarantee live arrival on shipments to your door under extreme weather conditions, under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, unless stated otherwise. Live arrival guarantee is voided on shipments not received on the first delivery attempt.
TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS- It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is voided on any packages not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE
We guarantee that any animal sold have been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued.
PAYMENT PLANS
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you can not pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 50% non refundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit.
Animals Less than $200 require a 50% non refundable deposit and the balance paid in full in 1 week or less.
$201-$499 = 50% non refundable deposit and the balance paid off in 14 days or less.
$500-$999 = 50% non refundable deposit and the balance paid off in 30 days or less.
$1000 - $2000 = 50% non refundable deposit and the balance paid off in six weeks or less.
$2000+ = 25% non refundable deposit and the balance to be paid off within six weeks or less.
Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the non refundable deposit and any money applied on the balance after. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
