Welcome to WildShape Reptiles! My name is Karen Malone and I am co-owner of WildShape Reptiles along with my partner, Mike Urbanczyk, here in San Antonio, Texas. I have been keeping and caring for reptiles for over 15 years, though my passion for all animals and animal advocacy spans across my entire life. We take a lot of pride in our animals and are very passionately dedicated to providing quality and healthy animals to our customers. Store Policy
SHIPPING:
All reptiles will be shipped priority overnight Monday-Wednesday, weather permitting. If the weather conditions are not safe for shipping, the reptile(s) will be held and cared for until weather conditions are deemed safe. If you are purchasing multiple reptiles, they will be shipped together if possible to allow discounted shipping rates and convenience.
PAYMENT PLANS:
We do accept payment plans with a 20% nonrefundable deposit due at time of purchase. Payment plans must be paid in full no later than 90 days from date of purchase, or agreed upon date. Please contact us in advance to discuss acceptable payment plan arrangements. Animals purchased on payment plans will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
GUARANTEE:
All of our animals are 100% guaranteed to arrive live and in healthy condition. We also guarantee the sex of the reptile. We guarantee that all of our animals will be shipped out in a healthy condition and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or from delivery hub.
We do our very best to provide the most accurate overall genetic identification. We will never advertise or post an animal with genetics that we are not 100% confident in, unless otherwise noted (example: “OD enchi poss het clown”).
