About
Established in 2013, World Wide Reptiles was founded from this father-daughter duo’s love of reptiles. An animal lover from day one, Alexis had always had pets of all kinds. However, everything changed in 2011 when Tango was adopted into the Wells household. This pastel ball python pioneered a deep affection for all things reptilian. After a trip to National Reptile Breeders’ Expo 2013 in Daytona, Florida, Alexis and Mark new they had to share their love and knowledge with anyone willing to give their hearts to any of Mark and Alexis scaly babies, and World Wide Reptiles was just the way to do so.
Store Policy
Payments
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), PayPal, Cashier’s checks, personal checks, money orders, Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart and bank transfers. (Checks and transfers will have to be cleared with our bank before shipping). Credit cards are an additional 3.75%.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available. Basic payment plans are 25% down non refundable or a minimum of $100.00. Payments can be made for up to 30 to 45 days. Based upon a review and approval. Payment Plans are not offered on reduced or on sale pricing.. payment plans do not include free shipping.. Payment Plans are a case by case basis.. We can offer different payment plans to fit our clients’ needs. Please contact us for further details.
Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there are any problems or not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. We do want 100% customer satisfaction; please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns. If we do not hear anything from the customer within 24 hours, we will assume the client is satisfied.
Domestic Shipping
All live animals are shipped using FedEx priority overnight shipping. Shipping cost for hatchlings is $75.00. If it is multiple ball pythons or a larger Ball Python then we would need to get a quote. If there is an order for breeder size Ball Pythons or an order for multiple snakes we will have to get a quote. Live animals are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. .This will allow shipments that go out on Wednesday to be delivered by Friday if a delivery attempt fails. If there are any problems or not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. Time will be derived from the Fed Ex delivery. World Wide Reptiles will only guarantee live arrival for the first attempt of delivery. If problems occur WWR must be notified within 1 hour of after scheduled delivery. This time will be in the tracking schedule. Shipping charges will depend on location to be shipped and size of container being shipped.
