Store Policy
All spiders come with a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (priority overnight shipments only). Any spiders that are delivered DOA (dead on arrival) may only receive reimbursement if pictures are taken of the spider alongside the box with the shipping label visible with a time stamp. Any spiders sent to a residential address are not eligible for shipping reimbursements and must have the spiders sent to a FedEx Hub to be eligible for reimbursement due to special handling requirements for live animal shipments and climate controlled storage. This is not a requirement for orders but is a requirement for reimbursement of DOA spiders. Reimbursement include the cost of the spider plus shipping.
Wormwood Wonders is not responsible for any order picked up more than 2 hours past pickup time at the FedEx hub. Signature may be required for home shipments shipped during times of severe heat/cold.
Pictures in ad are of the spider being sold and not stock photos, unless notated in description . All sales are final. Colors of spiders may vary after molts. Wormwood Wonders is not responsible for changes in color after molts. If a response is not given within 2 hours of being contacted by seller, any spiders in question will be open for adoption to the next requesting buyer.
