Payments are non-refundable.
A sale is not considered complete until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment plans:
Offered on a case-by-case basis.
Plans start with a 30% deposit and require full balance to be paid within 30-60 days of initial deposit date. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal(s) of interest.
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable. All sales are final. If the buyer does not fulfill their payment plan within the specified period, they will lose their claim on the animal(s) and forfeit any payments already made.

Shipping:
We ship Tuesday and Wednesday as weather allows. Animal(s) are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center/Hub and held for pickup.
If buyer fails to pick up and obtain within 3 hours of hub delivery live arrival and health guarantee is null and void.

Health Guarantee:
All animal(s) are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.

Sex Guarantee:
Animal(s) are checked before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal(s) within 24 hours from delivery for resolution.

Genetic Characteristics & Assurance:
All recessive genetics, whether homozygous or heterozygous, are guaranteed. Incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if plainly confirmed through breeding or shed testing.
Note: All mutations mentioned in parentheses are “possible.” Visionary Exotics can neither confirm nor exclude the presence in the animal based on visual identification, but the animal may carry them.

Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Visionary Exotics backs out of a deal that the Buyer has paid money into, Visionary Exotics is responsible for paying back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Visionary Exotics goes 21 days or more without a response to a Buyer who has given them money and not yet received the animal, then Visionary Exotics may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to Morph Market’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to the Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Visionary Exotics guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Visionary Exotics guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. The claim period is 1 day; please double-check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Visionary Exotics guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than a 20% margin of error in weight of the weight is advertised.
7. All animals will be shipped via FedEx priority overnight delivery to the buyer's nearest FedEx hub. If FedEx hub delivery is not an option for the buyer, the buyer must inform Visionary Exotics prior to purchase; if Visionary Exotics is not informed prior to purchase, the animal will not be shipped, and no refund will be offered.
8. Visionary Exotics guarantees the animal is shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx and Shipyourreptiles.com rules and regulations. The Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if the buyer fails to obtain the animal within 3 hours of hub delivery or if the buyer has the animal shipped to their home.
9. The Buyer must inform Visionary Exotics of a DOA animal within 3 hours of delivery.
10. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 3 hours of delivery, as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), Visionary Exotics is responsible for a refund or replacement.
11. Visionary Exotics is not responsible for animal temperament. Visionary Exotics does not guarantee the animal's feeding under the customer's care. We charge a $10 per week care/feeding fee to hold if the temps are within safe shipping guidelines and the customer does not want the animal to be shipped.
Genetics Guarantee:
12. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, Visionary Exotics cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals.
13. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
