Several years ago, I was interested in getting a pet snake. My wife mentioned that she had a ball python many years prior, so I started doing some research. I purchased a Normal and had some fun with him (his name is Castle…named after The Punisher), but it wasn’t enough. My research expanded. One thing lead to another. One Normal ball python turned into a snake breeding business. Welcome to Wild West Pythons (WWP).
Store Policy
Payment:
• We accept Zelle, Venmo and PayPal. Using a credit card through Venmo and PayPal requires an additional 3% upcharge. We also accept cash, but for in person transactions only
• Full payment must be received prior to shipment
• Payment plans are made on a case by case basis for a minimum $300 animal only. To hold an animal with a WWP approved payment plan, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due in full within 30 days
• All payments are non-refundable and all sales are final
• Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase
Shipping:
• We will ship by next day air service in accordance with FedEx rules and regulations for live animal shipping, which includes temperature and weather restrictions
• Animals will be shipped on Tuesdays, with delivery on Wednesdays
• We will only ship to a FedEx hub for the safety of the animal
• A tracking number will be provided once the animal is dropped off at the shipment hub. Buyer is responsible for animal loss or injury if buyer fails to pick up shipment from the delivery FedEx hub within 2 hours of hub delivery
Guarantee:
• WWP guarantees any animal we sell to be healthy, be feeding well, have genes honestly represented and be sexed accurately. Sex guarantee claim period is 7 day only
• A sick or injured claim must be submitted within 4 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence submitted to WWP. If it is determined that the animal arrived sick or injured, WWP will issue Buyer a refund or replacement
• WWP is not responsible for animal temperament
