I am a scientist passionate about animals, who has become a small-time breeder specializing in western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus) snakes.
The animals we produce stay in our care until they feed regularly, so you will not have to worry about receiving unestablished feeders.
We take pride in the health of our animals, and hope that we can place our animals with the best family for them.

We have spelled out our terms below to best protect buyer, seller, and animal(s). If you have any questions or need any clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• All sales are final and we have a zero-return policy. Although, we do have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) once it arrives at the destination.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
• Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
o For all payment plans we do request a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the listed price in order to consider the animal to be “on hold”.
• By making this purchase, buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
• We accept PayPal and cash-in-hand only. Please note PayPal allows buyers to use other methods of payment for our invoices, including credit cards.
• In the unlikely event of a DOA, buyer must notify Charming Colubrids LLC. within 4 hours of the package being delivered. Photo proof is suggested; unboxing videos recommended.
Shipping
• Animals can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States and Canada where the species is legal to own.
o The buyer is responsible to check the regulations in their receiving state, county, and city prior to purchasing the animal(s).
o P.O. Box, APOs, or FPOs are not acceptable forms of delivery addresses.
• Animals are shipped FedEx overnight through Redline Shipping in strict compliance with their shipping guidelines when weather conditions permit at both sending and receiving locations.
o When weather conditions do not permit at both sending and receiving, we will continue feeding, watering, and otherwise caring for your animal(s).
• A flat rate fee of $50 USD will be added to any box shipped within the continental United States and Canada. If you are buying multiple animals, and as long as they fit safely in one box, only one shipping fee will apply. The multiple animals purchased must be made on the same transaction for this to apply.
• When shipping to a FedEx Hub, it is strongly recommended that you contact the hub prior to shipping to ensure the location will accept packages containing live animals.
o Weather plays a key role on when animals can be shipped safely. If temperatures at the FedEx hub at the destination zip code are under (Overnight Low) 32°F or over 99°F we will not ship as it is not safe for the animals. We will ship on the next available shipping day that temperatures allow.
• All animals will be shipped within 7 business days, barring weather delay. Animals may be held up to 15 business days at buyer’s request to accommodate schedules.
• All animals are shipped Monday-Wednesday for a Tuesday-Thursday arrival ONLY.
• We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee on all our animals. There are, however, circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee.
o The buyer or member of the household must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt (FedEx provides time of delivery stamp).
o A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
o Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 35°F or over 99°F.
o Animals held for pickup at a FedEx location must be picked up the same day as arrival.
o A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being entered during checkout.
o Should the animal(s) arrive dead we will need you to provide a picture of the deceased animal(s) and to contact us immediately upon receipt of the animal(s).
o Live arrival guarantee only applies to the shipping period and is void once you take possession of the animal(s).
o Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animal(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
o Once inspected and accepted the well-being of the animal(s) is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Charming Colubrids LLC. will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for the maintenance and upkeep of the animal(s).
• Charming Colubrids LLC. is not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays by FedEx, including but not limited to: plane mechanical issues, FedEx employee and/or paperwork errors, air traffic delays, unpredicted weather events and/or acts of God.
• Charming Colubrids LLC. is not responsible for delivery delays due to buyer error, including but not limited to: incorrect address, not picking up animal(s) held at hub on delivery date, not answering the door, etc.
• If pickup or meeting is possible, we will gladly arrange something so that our animals do not have to go through the added stress of shipping. (We do travel the state of Florida often, so don’t hesitate to consider this as an option)
• Regarding insurance: at present Reptiles2You does not offer insurance for your shipments. From their website: “Yes, we know there are other shipping companies that do offer insurance, but READ THEIR FINE PRINT - THERE ARE MANY RESTRICTIONS! Their insurance typically only covers your animal if it arrives DOA, AND the package is LATE. Since FedEx delivers the vast majority of their packages on time, insurance rarely has a chance of being worthwhile. With long odds like that, is that a smart purchase? We don't really think so. But IF YOU DO - and you absolutely must have your live shipment insured - we suggest using our friends at SYR (ShipYourReptiles) - they're good folks too. :-)”
Health Guarantees
• All animals sold were produced by Charming Colubrids LLC. unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All of our animals are guaranteed to be free of mites, parasites, infections, and in perfect health unless otherwise stated.
• If there is any health concern, please notify Charming Colubrids LLC. within 24 hours of receipt.
• Animals listed for sale have had a minimum of five (5) consecutive meals feeding on unscented f/t mice unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to nullify health guarantees due to insufficient evidence of proper husbandry and/or failure to quarantine.
• We strongly urge new animals to go through a minimum 30-day period of quarantine in a new environment. This includes but is not limited to: keeping the snake in a completely different room from other reptiles, feeding with separate tongs, thoroughly washing hands after any contact with animal and enclosure, cleaning enclosure with separate cleaning tools, etc.
• Charming Colubrids LLC. reserves the right to refuse guarantees due to poor husbandry and/or insufficient evidence. We strongly recommend documenting your animal’s condition with photos and keeping weight, feeding, and shed records.

Animal Gender and Attribute Guarantees
• All ad photos represent the actual animal that will be delivered upon sale.
• Multiple efforts are in place to assure our animals are the gender stated, but if you have any concern they are not as advertised please let us know within 72 hours and we will work with you.
o If there is an error in sexing, we will exchange the animal with the correct sex or do our best to come to a satisfactory arrangement.
• We guarantee our animals will be 80% of the advertised weight or higher upon delivery.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
