Store Policy
-Terms you are agreeing to when placing an order. Read these entirely before placing an order!
-Shipping is free in the United States for any size order! We ship with Fedex Priority Overnight. Geckos are guaranteed 100% alive and healthy in the US. We prefer geckos to be picked up at a FedEx Ship Center, however home delivery is fine if weather is decent. We must be notified your geckos arrived alive and well within 30 minutes of delivery without exception, or guarantee is waived. Please don't forget to let us know. 🫠
-We will hold all geckos until a safe weather window opens. We have supplies to safely ship from 30⁰-100⁰. We only ship out Monday-Wednesday and not near major holidays. We have shipped thousands of geckos over the years without losing one! Please do not pressure us to ship when it isn't safe.
-Discounts are available for return customers and when purchasing multiple geckos. Please remind me if you've ordered before and I don't remember. Talking to people on a lot of apps makes it hard to recall conversations over the years!!!
-We are always available to help with gecko care, and are not responsible for geckos once in your possession. Geckos from us arrive healthy and feeding well. You are responsible for understanding husbandry and care for your geckos. We do not sell slow growers or geckos that do not eat consistently, so husbandry needs to be addressed if you're having issues. Geckos can take a while to adjust and start feeding. Make them comfortable, feed them one diet until they start eating, and they will be just fine.
-Pricing may change on listings. Depending on how I evaluate the geckos shed to shed, their price may fluctuate up or down. Size also factors into this....🙂 Geckos don't always develop as expected good or bad, so we adjust accordingly.
-The "buy now" button is linked to our Square account. Auction wins and multiple gecko purchases require us to send invoices, and we will be able to do that directly on here soon. You do not need a Square account to pay, and we never see your card number, expiration date, or cvv at any point!
-All payments are non-refundable or transferable. We will happily take surrendered geckos back if you cannot care for them or do not want them. We do not offer refunds for returns.
-We fire up geckos for sale photos using uvb lighting. Your gecko may arrive fired up, down, or possibly stressed from shipping. This can impact color for a bit, however they will get back to normal after settling in. Geckos develop continuously over the years, and we cannot predict exact outcomes.
-We rarely see tail drops during shipping, but it can happen. Please be understanding about the creatures that are being shipped. Geckos randomly drop them through their lives, and they do not grow back. It is part of keeping geckos!
