Beware of this seller! They sent me a $1600 severely dehydrated animal with a throat infection. As you can guess, they will not accept responsibility. They are selling sick animals. More importantly, DO NOT buy from this seller. Zero Stars. - Jul. 25, 2023

They aren't breeders but resellers so report sick animals on arrival, demand a refund. No use talking to malicious sellers. I can still do a chargeback on my Amex, & PayPal will have no say & def take funds from you for it. Is that what you want? - Aug. 02, 2023

I purchased the Quince Monitor from this vender Friday Night, and it died less than 36 hours later. The seller would not issue a refund and claim it was my fault for the animal’s demise. I would not buy a cricket from this seller going forward. - Feb. 21, 2022
coldbloodedshop replied: The animal was completely healthy. Buyer purchased it in person then took the animal home, placed it in a 10 gallon glass tank outside with two heat lamps on the enclosure. It is clear that he over heated the monitor lizard. - Feb. 21, 2022
Your justification is not accurate. Temperature reading were taken and it did not get higher than 90 degrees in the tank. Those monitors need basking temperatures of of above 100 degrees. You sold a sick animal. - Mar. 04, 2022

They sold me a unhealthy lewisi hybrid and know it. It arrived so skinny and weak that it has a walking problem the legs,tail, and feet is lacking muscles mass the toes are stiff do to the lost of muscles tissue. Sad, I hope it pull through. - Dec. 16, 2021
