Breeder did not take time to ensure snake was properly eating live mice. Held live mice to animal and appeared to not know what to do with it. Will have to work hard to make sure snake eats. First time ever had this problem buying snakes. - Aug. 17, 2024

Seller packaged two ball pythons in a small box with heating pack. Both were DOA! SELLER DID REFUND THE MONEY WITH NO HASSLE! Box should have been larger with heat pack to one side and snakes on the other side instead of directly on top of them. - Jan. 10, 2024

The snake is beautiful healthy and as described. But the first package was empty he would not pick up the phone then threatened me saying I will regret cussing then said fedex was to blame but he still had him then he finally sent the snake to me - Aug. 30, 2023

As explained, boxes were mislabeled. I surely wouldn’t steal 75.00 from this person after selling 2 million worth of snakes on this site. Customer also soaked the baby snake in a large bucket of water where they left it floating and now it won’t eat. - Aug. 30, 2023
