Gecko was DOA. Seller was prompt and courteous in resolving the issue. After looking into things more I don’t think I personally would have shipped, and waited for hot temps to pass, but I respect the seller has done this for years with good results. - Aug. 31, 2024

Zeb, thank you for the review. Unfortunately events like Fedex delays are unavoidable. All we can do is pack our boxes the best possible way and refund i you if a DOA occurs. In almost every case of a delay, the gecko still arrives in good condition. - Aug. 31, 2024
