Beautiful spiders, but packaged terribly- very unsafe. Small box with very little filler. The lids popped off each individual deli cup, mealworms were all over inside the box, and one of the spiders who molted during transit is injured and deformed. - Mar. 15, 2024

You are shipping live animals, not sunglasses. If you can't afford the proper materials, don't ship living creatures across the country. My "captive-bred sub-adult" is an elderly gravid female, btw. Absolutely shameful. - Mar. 18, 2024
In addition to poor shipping practices, I was sold a gravid spider that the seller assured me was captive bred and not gravid- this is something she has a long history of doing. - Apr. 17, 2024
